Chef Frank created a modern makeover of America’s favorite brunch foods “Nikki Beach’s Deconstructed Eggs Benedict Casserole,” featuring Sous Vide style egg, broken biscuit and Chef’s signature Hollandaise sauce, baked in a terra-cotta cazuela dish. Served either Serrano Ham Florentine style or with Salmon, this savory, multi-step casserole is prepared from Su Vide to pan to oven specially for each guests.
