An Asian Cantina concept, DÃ”A is a neighborhood eatery serving high quality LatAsian cuisine featuring flavors unique to Asian influenced cooking born in Latin America. The kitchen at DÃ”A isÂ headed by Chef Carlos Estarita, andÂ offers a fusion of largely Peruvian food featuring a strong Chinese and Japanese influence, with plenty of other pan-Asian touches mixed in.
