El Paseo Hotel, known for its soulful Spanish-French colonial style in the heart of South Beach, features elements of Spanish, Moroccan, Italian, and French architecture, including tile roofs, rounded archways and charming balconies. The new boutique property is reopening after a $7 million renovation, welcoming business and leisure travelers alike to an oasis of Mediterranean revival style, just steps away from famed Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road.
