The Atlantic Hotel & Spa celebrated the grand opening & ribbon cutting of its new restaurant concept, Coastal Restaurant, featuring Italian-inspired American coastal cuisine. Led by Executive Chef Rocco Honig, this prime ocean view syncs perfectly with its robust menu of fresh seafood dishes, house made pastas, piadinas, salads and desserts for all-day dining. Starters options include Chilled Jumbo Shrimp ($14),Crab Arancini in Puttanesca Sauce ($16), Swordfish Meatballs ($16), or Signature Meatballs with San Marzano Sauce and Ricotta Cheese ($12). Featured light salads are Kale Caesar Salad ($10) and Beet Salad ($12). You can choose between four – Chicken ($24) , Swordfish ($28), Veal ($30), or Lobster ($38) – House Specialty Milanese, with arugula, Parmesan cheese, tomato, and shaved onion. Other not-to-miss entrees include Seafood Cioppino with clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops, calamari, atop spaghetti ($30); Rigatoni Bolognese with beef, veal, pork sauce, ricotta cheese ($24); or Veal Marsala ($30). Coastal also makes all of their desserts in-house, including Tiramisu, Chocolate Mouse Cake, Bag of Zeppoles, Creme Brulee, Coastal Carrot Cake, and Cannoli Sampler. The wine, beer and cocktail menu provides a wide range of choices for the most discerning tastes.
