South Florida Nights Magazine celebrated its 5th anniversary #SoFlaNights5 with a “Partying For A Cause” theme, made possible by gracious host Lique Miami, Waterfront Dining & Lounge and Zonin Prosecco, of Italy’s largest privately held wine company, Casa Vinicola Zonin.

Guests enjoyed delicate specialty cocktail “Rosa Italiana”, made with lively Italian sparkling wine Zonin Prosecco. Guests also had a chance to taste some of Lique Miami’s menu items including: Bruschetta, Chicken Skewers, Tuna Tacos, Seafood Ceviche, Italian Meatballs, and Grilled Lamb Chops.

All proceeds from Zonin Prosecco sales benefitted the Humane Society of Greater Miami, a not-for-profit charitable animal welfare organization that has been helping homeless animals, and is supported solely by donations, private grants and fundraising events.

Celebrity appearances included America’s Next Top Model Cycle 22, Michael Heverly, and TV and Film Actress, Charlotte Curbow-Healey. Michael is promoting his final episodes on the show, with finale set for December 4, 2015. “Top Model” would be ending after the Cycle 22 finale in December. Charlotte is promoting her new movie, “3:13 Homeless Movie”, which debuts this week during Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival.

Rosa Italiana

1/2 lemon juice
3/4 to a ounce simple syrup
5 raspberries muddle
2 once Damrak gin
1 dash tonic bitters
Shake and and double strain into cope glass
Add 1 ounce of Zonin Prosecco
Garnish with rose petal
