Hundreds of business and community leaders joined together for the 2nd Annual Gentlemen’s Night Out presented by Turner Construction, an exclusive evening of networking, entertainment, camaraderie and philanthropy, to support the children and families at Miami Children’s Hospital (MCH). The Gentlemen’s Night Out is a sophisticated evening featuring tastings of premium scotches and bourbons provided by Premier Beverage, and selections of the finest cigars from Oliva Cigars. Guests also enjoyed pampering by RazzleDazzle Barbershop, a silent auction and entertainment.
Michael Baiamonte, Voice of the Miami Heat, was the Master of Ceremonies, and the evening’s special guests was Sports Illustrated swimsuit model and Miami Children’s Celebrity Ambassador, Nina Agdal. The guest speakers were parents of Gaetano Picarelli, MCH “March Patient of the Month”. Gaetano was born with a condition that prevented his right lung from developing. He was rushed from Fort Meyers to Miami Children’s Hospital, where he was treated for three months.
The Miami Children’s Hospital Gentleman of the Year Award was presented to Mas Santos in recognition for his work as a human rights advocate for a free and democratic Cuba, and for his commitment to the South Florida community through his arduous work with the Cuban American National Foundation, and his efforts in promoting freedom and democratic ideals.
