VeritageMiami‘s final inning took place on the diamond at Marlins Park, featuring a live performance by Kristin Chenoweth, the Tony and Emmy Award winning star of Broadway’s Wickedand and the TV series: The West Wing, Pushing Daisies and Glee.
Guests dressed in “Gatsby Garden Party” attire in celebration of United Way of Miami-Dade‘s 90th birthday, and being an innovative force in the community with a long and successful track record of responding to emerging needs and transforming people’s lives. The Auction & Wine Dinner opened with stunning auction lots to bid on during the champagne reception, followed by dining and a live auction, with award-winning wines from the “Best in Glass Wine Challenge” and a home run of an after-party provided by Bacardi.
