7th Annual Pineapple Sauté & Sip Interactive DinnerSaturday, May 3, 6:30pm-11pm - JW Marriott Marquis, 255 Biscayne Boulevard Way, Downtown Miami

Baptist Health Foundation hosted its 7th Annual Pineapple Sauté and Sip interactive dinner at the JW Marriott Marquis, with Eris Thomas, CEO of Coral Gables Executive Physicians, as chairwoman of the Host Committee. Betty Klinedinst (in honor of Molly and Kit Klinedinst), Fred Newcomb and Norma Ryder, and Ophelia and Juan Roca served as honorary chairs, and Olga and Pete Pizarro were philanthropic chairs. Mistress of Ceremonies was Belkys Nerey, Emmy Award-winning journalist and anchor of WSVN News. Guests cooked alongside celebrity chefs, and danced the night away to the rhythm of “The Culture” live band, to benefit Baptist Health Breast Center CareCoach and Genetic Testing Programs.

The evening whisk guests away to France to enjoy a French dining experience as they prepare a delectable, multicourse meal under the direction of celebrity chefs from around the world. Sauté & Sip in Paris menu included: assorted fresh breads, white truffled risotto, filet minion and Votre Creme Glacee ice cream. Chefs include: Adrianne Calvo – Chef, Author and Owner of Chef Adrianne’s Vineyard Restaurant and Wine Bar, Doreen Colondres – Chef, TV Personality and Author of “La Cocina No Muerde”, Giuseppe “Beppe” Galazzi – Chef de Cuisine in Fontana at Biltmore Hotel, Jeremy Goldberg – Chef and Owner of Route 9 Restaurant, Thomas Griese – Chef of Michael Mina 74 at Fontainebleau Hotel, Cindy Hutson – Chef and Owner of Ortanique on the Mile, Martin Rodrigue – Executive Chef at Le Basque The Caterers, and Norman Van Aken – Chef, Author and Owner of Norman’s.
