50 Eggs Guest Chef Series announces a four-course dinner featuring Chef Michael Laukert of Hundred Acre Wine Group at Yardbird – Southern Table & Bar. The exclusive dinner will take place on Friday, May 16, at midnight, and will feature dishes from 50 Eggs Culinary Director Clayton Miller, paired with three of Hundred Acre’s award-winning wines. 50 Eggs continues the guest chef series when Yardbird – Southern Table & Bar hosts guest Chef Michael Laukert of Hundred Acre Wine Group, for a one-night-only, midnight dinner collaboration. Laukert, bringing over 25 years of experience, is a chef and specialty food consultant, as well as editor and author of One True Vine: A Journal of Food, Wine, Life. Chef Laukert and 50 Eggs Culinary Director Clayton Miller will serve a fabulous four-course dinner paired with three of Hundred Acre’s award-winning wines: Layer Cake Chardonnay; Layer Cake Cabernet Sauvignon and Cherry Tart Pinot Noir. The meal will also feature an exclusive preview of The Duke – a bourbon based on John Wayne’s 40 year-old recipe. Tickets are $75 per person (excluding tax and gratuity).
