Miamiâ€™s hotspot regarded for its cutting-edge art and inventive menu of Global-Latino small plates continues its celebration of cuisine from around the world with a tasting menu focused on European delights. In a three-month long series, Executive Chef Miguel Aguilar will showcase dishes from Spain in June, Germany in July and Portugal in August, while still incorporating the bold Latin flavors that WKB is known for.Â The summer tasting menu will be available during lunch or dinner every Wednesday throughout June, beginning the first installment of the monthly series with a culinary tour through Spain.
