Pubbelly team welcomed 6th restaurant conceptÂ to its mini-empire, L’Echon Brasserie, located at the Hilton Cabana Miami Beach, where Jose Mendin, Andreas Schreiner and Sergio Navarro will be in charge of food and beverage operations.
There is a small inside bar, where they also cooking syrups for the cocktails,Â that opens to the courtyard, with a large dining room which overlooks the outdoor bar and in the background the ocean!
The menu has a wide variety. They serve seafood, charcuterie and of course lots of pork. Some of the chefs favorite are soupe d’Oignon, Hamachi Crudo, L’echon Burger and Croque-Monsieur. The Croque-Monsieur is served on brioche, with Cox farm ham, gruyere and a bechamel.
For desserts, there is creme brÃ»lÃ©e, croissant au chocolat bread pudding, creme glacee and sorbets along with les fromages. The panier de patisseries served with seasonal compote, chocolat blanc fondue with the patisseries warm!
