Chimaâ€™s recently appointed sommelier Larry Baker will host a Wine & Food Trip Around the World dinner. The evening will feature four courses paired with selections from Chimaâ€™s impressive wine cellar. Each course will feature grilled meats served by Chimaâ€™s gauchos and a platter of accompaniments from the kitchen and salad bar, served family-style. Baker will introduce each wine and discuss the flavor profile and notes.
