The restaurant will officially open its doors this Friday July 23, 2021, at 12:00 Noon with a ribbon cutting featuring Miami Beach Commissioner Michael Gongora, YouTube personality Fay Carmona- Albernas, renowned artist Carlos A. Navarro and star of upcoming Gravesend on Amazon Prime Video Arlyn Broche. Juan Chipoco is recognized heavily for CVI.CHE 105, Miami’s iconic Peruvian restaurant and flagship concept of CVI.CHE 105 restaurant group including Pollos & Jarras, Inti.Mo and Yuca 105.
