The Miami Master Brokers Forum (MBF), a home-grown network of South Floridaâ€™s top-producing real estate professionals, recently convened for a unique and informative panel discussion and dinner at the SLS LUX sales center, sponsored by SLS LUXÂ developers, TheÂ Related Group & Allen Morris Company Project.Â Chaired by Donna Bloom and Ralph De Martino, this event received more than 100 Master Brokers, who renewed acquaintances and networked during a lavish welcome reception. Carlos Rosso, president of the Condominium Division for The Related Group, greeted the guests and informed them about this spectacular hotel and condominium project, scheduled to open in 2016.
This was followed by a special panel comprised of elite Master Brokers, discussing “Marketing Dollars: Where to Spend Them in 2014”. Marking the first time in many years in which a MBF panel featured only active members. Moderated by MBF founder Helen Jeanne Nicastri, the panel included Oscar Arellano of Fortune International Realty; Jo-Ann Forster of ONE Sothebyâ€™s, and Judy Zeder of EWM. The trio shared their most effective marketing strategies for real estate professionals in an extremely competitive, diverse, and evolving market, including various online tactics; the pros and cons of going “all in” with expensive, glossy inserts in daily newspapers; and the singular importance of the top decision-maker in such a hectic environment.
