Pirolo, chef and co-owner of Macchialina Taverna Rustica on Miami Beach, brings his expertise in Italian cuisine to the snout-to-tail table at Swine fusing the robust flavors of the eateryâ€™s pork-centric fare with his refined, rustic Italian accents.
