America’s largest traveling food and arts festival, The Brooklyn Brewery Mash invites Brooklyn Brewery Chef Andrew Gerson and The Federal’s Cesar Zapata to create a natural dining experience. The Dinner on the Farm‘s series aims to produce unique local food experiences designed to celebrate farms, chefs and food entrepreneurs who are dedicated to good, sustainable food. This event takes place on Paradise Farms, which started in an abandoned avocado grove by Gabriele Marewski in 1999.
Embrace nature at Paradise Farms while celebrating craft beer and the craft of farming as music by Miller and the Revolvers enhances the tranquil appeal. Appetizers are decorated with local ingredients as attendees mingle with local artisans and creative minds. Expect handcrafted ingredients by such vendors as Kombulicious and Bee Heaven Farm. The lush land fills the region with the scent of roses, ginger, basil, mint, hibiscus and everything green. The Paradise Farm tour introduces flavorful flowers, tasty leaves, bountiful avocados. Undisturbed pockets of nature surround the meditative regions and guest houses such as the “zen bungalow” offer an inviting stay. Just being among the lush five acres of fresh high quality micro and baby greens, avocados, heirloom tomatoes, vegetables, herbs, edible flowers, baby root vegetables, honey and tropical fruits… creates a transformational experience and an opportunity for self-realization. The tour ended with a natural pool full of endlessly useful qualities, happy fish and a beautiful setting.
