Chantal Wiertz will be making history as the first contestant with Autism Spectrum Disorder to compete in the 69th Miss Universe Competition, taking place on May 16, 2021, at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood. This April, the 22-year-old contestant from Curaçao has partnered with the Craig Zinn Automotive Group to support National Autism Awareness Month. Most recently, Chantal was photographed with a blue Lexus S 350 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino; blue being the color used to raise awareness for Autism. On Tuesday, April 27, Chantal will join the Craig Zinn Automotive Group to announce a $5000 donation to Whispering Manes Therapeutic Riding Center.
Miss Universe Curaçao, Chantal Wiertz, will join Lexus of Pembroke Pines to support Whispering Manes Therapeutic Riding Center, a federally recognized 501(c)3 corporation dedicated to providing equine assisted activities to children and adults with disabilities. She along with members of the Zinn family will hand out a $5,000 check to the organization.
