In celebration of winning the first annual Aussie Lamb Miami Spring Fling chef contest, Chef Conor Hanlon of The Dutch presents a strolling dinner party, complete with live action cooking stations and local guest chefs, each debuting their winter lamb dishes. Guest chefs include Official “lambassador” Aaron Brooks of EDGE Steak & Bar at Four Seasons Miami, Jacob Anaya of OTC, Josh Elliott of L’echon Brasserie and Sean Brasel of Meat Market. Cost is $45 per person.
