Riders gathered at Peterson’s Harley-Davidson South to experience a pivotal moment for The Motor Company. Just like this country, Harley-Davidson has reinvented itself at many turns in 111-year history, and this was just another moment in their journey. Project LiveWire™ is the next major milestone in the history of The Motor Company – The first Harley-Davidson® motorcycle with an electric engine. The motorcycle was developed the Harley-Davidson® way, by bringing this innovation to the streets to gain feedback from customers. Customers were invited to ride the motorcycle and tell what they think. Even those who don’t ride yet could take a ride on Jumpstartâ„¢ Demo, a simulated riding experience that doesn’t require any experience or a motorcycle license.
