Traymore Restaurant and Bar at the newly opened Metropolitan by COMO, Miami Beach, the inaugural hotel property in the U.S by COMO Hotels and Resorts, has announced its Live Jazz Brunch taking place every Saturday from 10:30am to 3:00pm.
Executive Chef Jonathan Lane, together with Executive Pastry Chef Emanuel Alves, invite locals, visitors and hotel guests to experience a newly developed brunch menu that is served with a smooth course of Live Jazz within the serene Traymore Restaurant and Bar. The Traymoreâ€™s Jazz Brunch Menu consists of a series of carefully crafted plates â€œFrom The Kitchenâ€ together with the freshest selection from the â€œSeafood and Jamon Corner.â€ Executive Pastry Chef Emanuel Alves also adds his own signature sweet selections from â€œThe Crepe and Pastry Corner.â€Â To accompany the newly created brunch menu every Saturday is a Live Jazz Band, providing a mellow taste of the latest Jazz sounds within the restaurant.
Guests are able to enjoy a variety of brunch items on the menu throughout the day that includes: crab cake benedict â€œSandwichâ€ ($14); lobster and avocado grilled cheese ($14); slow roasted pork belly Bao ($12); brioche French toast ($12); Williamâ€™s Cuban sandwich ($13); foie gras & duck egg sliders ($18) and pan roasted Florida snapper ($17).Â The Seafood and Jamon corner offers west coast and east coast oysters ($3 per oyster); Miguelâ€™s ceviche ($8); seafood plateau (small $68 or large $135) and Spanish jamon ($18 per ounce).Â Executive Pastry Chef Emanuel Alves presents a number of delicately crafted desserts and pastries that include:Â crepe ($8), galette ($10); a selection of croissants, muffins and danish ($9 for 4 pieces) or a mini dessert ($4).
