Join Edge Steak and Bar for Christmas Eve dinner. Chef Aaron Brooks’ Aussie lamb dish features fire-roasted chops from pasture-raised sheep, roasted eggplant caponata, and watercress-mint pesto. The Australian native (known as the “Lambassador”) has other tricks up his sleeve, however; his four-course menu also includes parsnip and chestnut soup with Hudson Valley foie gras & port-roasted figs, and sweet potato gnocchi. $85 per person.
