Savor a choice of starters featuring Beef Steak Tomato Napoleon, fresh mozzarella, red onions, fresh tomato, Danish blue cheese, a layer of pesto and grilled eggplant; Balsamic Portobello Mushroom Salad, mixed greens topped with sundried tomatoes, Asian pear, fire roasted red peppers, candied walnuts, Portobello mushrooms and gorgonzola served with balsamic vinaigrette dressing; or Lobster Bisque topped with a touch of the slightly sweet complexity of cream sherry.
Entree options include New York Strip Steak paired with Gratin Dauphinoise potatoes, mushroom tomato rosemary relish and a green peppercorn sauce; Split Roasted Cornish Hen served with a herb citrus marinade, sweet potato puree and asparagus polonaise; Crab Meat Stuffed Atlantic Salmon accompanied with wasabi red bliss mashed potatoes and baby carrots in a lemon dill butter sauce; or Napoleon Tower of Grilled Vegetables decorated in Portobello mushrooms, red peppers, squash and zucchini served with a red lentil stew.
