Twins Nicola and Fabrizio Carro, along with partner Cristiano Vezzoli, offer a unique and authentic Italian dining experience at Via Verdi Cucina Rustica on Biscayne in MiMo Historic District.

Prepare for everything you desire in a dining experience. Guests will be greeted with free parking, outdoor covered terrace, personal service, choice of the bar or restaurant atmosphere, happy hour and fresh… everything.

Mouth-watering dishes include $5 or 5 for $23 appetizers: Polenta (with truffle parmesan sauce); Gorgonzola (mascarpone‎ and gorgonzola mousse); Bruschetta (eggplant caponata, basil with fresh tomato); Salame (felino); or Speck (smoked‎ prosciutto). Tonnato Di Vitello $13 (thinly sliced veal with tuna mayo sauce) is one of the traditional Italian antipasto dishes on Via Verdi menu.

For dinner, the Non Ossobuco $24, braised boneless short ribs fall apart and the pastas are fresh and even available gluten-free. If you’re truffle lover make sure you ask abut the truffle specials.

From casual to sophisticated, the three owners ensure that everyone is welcome to experience Via Verde. They are open 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. everyday.
