Twins Nicola and Fabrizio Carro, along with partner Cristiano Vezzoli, offer a unique and authentic Italian dining experience at Via Verdi Cucina Rustica on Biscayne in MiMo Historic District.
Prepare for everything you desire in a dining experience. Guests will be greeted with free parking, outdoor covered terrace, personal service, choice of the bar or restaurant atmosphere, happy hour and fresh… everything.
Mouth-watering dishes include $5 or 5 for $23 appetizers: Polenta (with truffle parmesan sauce); Gorgonzola (mascarponeâ€Ž and gorgonzola mousse); Bruschetta (eggplant caponata, basil with fresh tomato); Salame (felino); or Speck (smokedâ€Ž prosciutto). Tonnato Di Vitello $13 (thinly sliced veal with tuna mayo sauce) is one of the traditional Italian antipasto dishes on Via Verdi menu.
For dinner, the Non Ossobuco $24, braised boneless short ribs fall apart and the pastas are fresh and even available gluten-free. If you’re truffle lover make sure you ask abut the truffle specials.
