Craft Beer Cartel, Fort Lauderdaleâ€™s first Home Brew Supply and Bottle Shop, will launch their new monthly Home Brewing class on Saturday February 28th from 1pm to 4pm. Lead by Jonathan â€œJackâ€ Jackman, the class will introduce aspiring brewers to brewing ingredients, the process of making a half mash brew, and different essentials to the brewing process. Each month will focus on a different type of beer, starting with a Pale Ale on the 28th. The class is open to the public, and the $20 entry includes a Craft Beer Cartel T-Shirt, snacks, and beer sampling throughout the day. Classes will take place on the last Saturday of every month from 1pm to 4pm.
