Soho Bay Opens in Miami BeachTuesday, April 7, 6pm – Soho Bay, 520 West Avenue, Miami Beach

Founded in 1998 by entrepreneurs Jefferson & Karine Queiroz, SOHO Bay Restaurant is a company dedicated to bringing high-end Japanese concepts to Brazil and the United States. The company currently operates eight locations throughout Brazil and now it opened its first U.S. outpost on Miami Beach. A 200-seat waterfront restaurant is featuring a sophisticated creative take on traditional Japanese cuisine by Executive Chef Ricky Sauri. Menu includes Small Hot Plates; Main dishes; Noodles, Soup & Rice; SOHO Specialties and SOHO Rolls showcasing the bold flavors and ingredients indigenous to Brazil; unique tableside seasonings; and classically-inspired cocktails with a molecular twist. The restaurant was designed by José Gomes and Marlon Gama, it has a 12-seat cocktail bar, a sushi bar, indoor and outdoor dining, valet, and a private boating dock for diners traveling by sea.
