Miami Beach’s award-winning neighborhood restaurant and semi-finalist on BRAVO’s Best New Restaurant, Tongue & Cheek, is set to celebrate its two-year anniversary by bringing even more star power to the plate. Chef/owner Jamie DeRosa has enlisted in past Kitchen Collab Guest Chefs and friends including James Beard award-winning chef Norman Van Aken, Top Chef alum Lindsay Autry, Hell’s Kitchen finalist Paula DaSilva and James Beard nominated chef Clay Conley to create a five-course meal fit for a celebration.
The menu will showcase an international fusion of items connected by each chef’s dedication to Miami Beach’s fresh, seasonal produce and in the name of Tongue & Cheeks’ signature whimsy. Guests will enjoy a first course of small bites developed by chef DeRosa followed by dishes created by the guest chefs including a Turks & Caicos Conch Ceviche with local citrus and coconut sorbet; Pigs Head Croquettes with soft egg, spring greens and fermented hot pepper sauce; a General Gochujangs Beef with Florida corn kimchee and springtime bibimbap, and more. The meal will end on a sweet note with dessert and bubbles to round out the experience and toast to many more years to come.
