Blue Beach Punta Cana Launches Sales In Miami

Blue Beach Punta Cana Launches Sales In MiamiThursday, April 16, 7pm-9pm – Conrad Miami, 1395 Brickell Ave, Miami Brickell

Reinvent Property hosted an intimate event at The Conrad Hotel in Miami in celebration of international sales for the Blue Beach Punta Cana development. Around 50 guests were in attendance where they enjoyed complimentary arrays of cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. Steven Ankrom, President of Ankrom Group, Tania Castillo, Developer with Reinvent Property, and Lisbeth Hazoury of Fortune International all gave opening remarks before unveiling the Blue Beach Punta Cana development.

The eco-friendly development offers 108 condominiums that surround paradise with first class and resort style amenities for residents. Properties start in the $200,000’s and the project is set to be completed Spring 2016.

The luxurious properties are located in the exclusive and beautiful Punta Cana location in Dominican Republic, and features a “club style” setting with 12- three story buildings spread across six acres of land and 292 linear feet of private access to the Cabeza de Toro Beach.

“The property is nestled perfectly on the beach, with just the right amount of land, neighboring to modern Punta Cana attractions yet still keeping the vibe of the original Punta Cana, close to small fishing villages,” said Tania Castillo, Developer with Reinvent Property. “It’s a perfect setting to please all tastes.”

Units are currently on sale, and once completed in Spring 2016, unit owners will have the freedom of registering their units for rent within the property’s rental program, thus being the perfect opportunity for an investment as a second home or rental property.

“With Punta Cana only two hours from Miami and beach front prices at a third of the price and great rental programs this makes for a great second home investment,” said Steven Ankrom, President of Ankrom Group, who is in charge of overall sales & marketing for the project.
