Acclaimed celebrity photographer, Alan Roth, is teaming up again with the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation, for the 3rd annual One Split Second benefit in Miami. As someone who previously sustained a spinal cord injury but recovered, Roth headlines this stellar event as a way to rally critical funds for spinal cord research. The night will feature an exclusive live performance by Nahko and Medicine for the People, an Acoustic Thump-Hop group.
Attendees will be treated to a night of music, food, and fun to raise awareness for the Reeve Foundation mission and advance its efforts to deliver on Christopher Reeve’s dream of a world of empty wheelchairs. The benefit will take place on the heels of the most ambitious campaign launched in Reeve Foundation history. The Big Idea was unveiled to honor Christopher Reeve’s legacy by fast-tracking the most promising paralysis therapy to date—epidural stimulation.
The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to curing spinal cord injury by funding innovative research, and improving the quality of life for people living with paralysis through grants, information and advocacy. Proceeds from One Split Second enable the Reeve Foundation to continue its pivotal work. @ReeveFoundation
Tickets are $100 per person, with options for a VIP Package at $2,500 or an Ultra VIP package at $5,000. 100% of the proceeds from One Split Second will go to the Reeve Foundation to expedite groundbreaking research on behalf of the six million Americans living with paralysis. For more info contact Caroline Bernal-Silva at 973-379-2690 or CBernal-Silva@ChristopherReeve.org.
