Hess Wines and the South Beach Seafood Fest â€ªhosted invite-only luncheon and wine tasting at City Hall Restaurant. South Florida foodiesÂ had a chance to meet the executive team and enjoy an interactive class with City Hall’s Luis Lopez. They also helped in preparing tuna tartare, shrimp with polenta and mahi sliders. Hess Wines discussed the pairings of the wine for each course and advised of some good summer wine picks to go with fish.
South Beach Seafood Fest also sharedÂ the inside scope on 2015 Festival happenings, from October 21 â€“ 24, 2015.Â Some of the restaurants scheduled to be cooking are: Cibo Wine Bar, Fogo De Chao, The Local House, Red Ginger, Red, The Steakhouse, Smith & Wollensky, Tongu & Cheek and Tiramesu.
