Red Ginger, the Asian-inspired, locally influenced restaurant from Menin Hospitality, a South Beach based, luxury boutique hospitality management company, opens in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood. Red Ginger will feature a menu that includes sushi, binchotan-charcoal robata meats and veggies, and a chef’s-tasting option spanning Japanese, Thai and other cuisines.
