For the Miami launch, Industree will kick-off with their popular Heart of the House discussion at the acclaimed new steakhouse, Quality Meats Miami Beach. After a meet and greet in the restaurant’s bar and lounge, featuring signature cocktails and passed hors-d’oeuvres, attendees will sit down for the engaging panel which will be an open and honest forum for top toques and restaurateurs to share war stories and trials and tribulations as to how they became the best in the business. Moderating the panel will be the Miami Herald’s Food Editor and award-winning journalist, Evan Benn. Benn will be joined by a captivating panel of chefs and restauranteurs including Danny Serfer, Chef/Owner of Mignonette/Blue Collar; Todd Erickson, Executive Chef of HaVen Lounge/Huahua’s; Kevin Dillon, COO of Quality Meats; and Andreas Schreiner, Founding Partner of The Pubbelly Restaurant Group. Tickets areÂ $15 for culinary students; $25 for industry professionals; and $40 for general public. A portion of each ticket sale will go to Mobile School Pantry, a local non-profit organization that provides nutritious, healthy food to children who are at risk of hunger.
