In honor of the Fourth of July, Tropezón is hosting a fun Cochinillo Roast featuring lechon specials, grilled tapas, cowboy ribeye’s, Spanish wines, and plenty of gin cocktails. Guests are encouraged to arrive early for a taste of the bars’ daily gin infusions before heading to the courtyard for cocktails and roasting action. For Happy Hour, Tropezón honors true, Spanish tapas culture with complementary dishes served with each ordered beverage during their ‘Tonic + Tapas’ program available Monday through Friday from 5PM to 7PM.
