Join COSEE Florida as they explore food and conservation marine science in one evening! Dominique Lazarre, PhD Candidate at the University of Miami’s Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Sciences, will discuss the impacts of lionfish on the ecosystems and commercial fisheries of South Florida. Chef Collin Bender, from GB Catering, will do a cooking demonstration followed by a tasting of lionfish.
