Ani Meinhold and Cesar Zapata have partnered with nightlife guru, Mykel Stevens, in creating a neo-tiki meets southeast Asian cocktail den sure to set Biscayne Boulevard and the Upper East Side ablaze. Madame Phuong features hand crafted cocktails showcasing a southeast Asian sensibility, sake selection and local craft beers, as well as late night bites and pho ideal for sopping up the midnight booze.
