Soaring 15 floors above bustling Brickell Avenue, this restaurant and bar offers a vibrant culinary experience that is reflective of the cultural tapestry of Miami. The intimate ambiance with spectacular views of the 300-foot Icon swimming pool and Biscayne Bay, together with gracious and attentive service, makes this restaurant unique. Miami Spice Lunch Menu is served Monday – Friday and is priced $23 per person. Miami Spice Dinner Menu is served nightly for $39 per person, and includes option of the wine pairing, which adds depth to culinary adventure.

With such a wide variety of plates, the Miami Spice menu is fantastic but it’ll leave you wanting more. From the Cauliflower Risotto with Italian roots, to the traditional Cuban Pork Tostones with a modern American twist, there is sure to be something that appeals to even the pickiest of eaters. For the seafood lover, the innovative Beet Cured Salmon Crudo is a must-try. This dish includes fresh salmon chunks marinated overnight with beet and sugar. It is later topped with sliced cherry tomatoes, grapes and, most importantly, watermelon. The combination itself is a sweet and sour mix, with a hint of spice due to Sriracha.

The seasonal contemporary global menu is created by talented Executive Chef, Frank Rog. Chef Rog studied culinary arts at Joliet Junior College in Chicago, and landed one of his first jobs as a pastry chef. Few years after he accepted a position as a sous chef for James Beard award-winning Iron Chef Jose Garces at the historic Blackstone Hotel and restaurant, Mercat a la Planxa, where he had the opportunity to experiment with unique flavor combinations and develop his own culinary style. In 2010 he moved to Snowmass, Colorado to take a position as executive sous chef for Food & Wine’s 2012 Best New Chef Will Nolan of Viceroy Snowmass Resort. Three years later, Chef Rog left Colorado for the sunny beaches of South Florida to assume his current role as Executive Chef at Viceroy Miami’s 15th & Vine Kitchen and Bar.

15th & Vine Kitchen and Bar together with the world-famous Scratch DJ Academy are also offering the new Mix & Scratch happy hour at the bar area only, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday trough Friday.
