SUSHISAMBA is the only restaurant in the Gables offering Robata traditional Japanese BBQ method of grilling that uses binchotan (Japanese oak-based charcoal). They also have a special Robata Rub Guest Chef Summer series taking place every other Thursday through September 3rd.
