Join for beer flights, entertainment and a sneak peak of American Craft Aleworks on the eve of its opening to the public on May 17 in the space where former Bar Louie operated. New flagship location will house a ten-barrel brew-house and full-service restaurant that will produce beer for on-site consumption at all three locations, as well as for local area distribution. In addition to beer, Aleworks will offer a range of wines and a full cocktail selection that’s focused on Prohibition-inspired drinks, and also feature vintage video games, live bands, DJ sessions and trivia.
Executive Chef Samantha Kittay menu will ranges from small plates (like beet-pickled deviled eggs, chargrilled octopus, Southern boiled spiced peanuts, garlic-roasted mussels, blistered shishito peppers, truffle fries) to heftier entrees (like crispy duck with sweet-potato waffles, whisky-glazed salmon and grilled center-cut pork chops), plus meats that are smoked onsite.
