Created by the producers Adriana L. Dutra, Claudia Dutra and Viviane Spinelli, BRAFF (Brazilian Film Festival of Miami) is a pioneer in the exclusive exhibition of Brazilian cinema abroad and has been the leader for the promotion of the Brazilian audiovisual abroad over the last two decades. The event is part of the official calendar of the City of Miami and City of Miami Beach, and is recognized as a market festival, considered an important business and communication platform between professionals and audiovisual companies in the Americas.

From September 14th to the 21st, Miami will be taken over by the festival’s new and recently released films. They will be screening in great venues such as Regal South Beach (Competitive Screenings), Colony Theater (Art Deco historical theater hosting the closing ceremony), Florida International University (FIU), which features two films within the official lineup: America Armada, by Alice Lanari and Pedro Asbeg, and Socrates, by Alex Moratto, winner of Spirit Awards. In addition, the Festival will host its Panorama Screenings at the Silverspot Cinema. #inffinito
