Eat Me Guilt Free debuts its Summer Picnic Basket, ideal for those who strive to live a healthier and active lifestyle without sacrificing their favorite foods, Eat Me Guilt Free offers protein-packed, portable foods including brownies, cakes, cookies, tortilla wraps, and protein bread. The low-carbohydrate goodies never sacrifice taste or texture and are a healthier alternative to traditional snacks.
The original “Basic Girl,” Cristie Besu, is Eat Me Guilt Free’s CEO and founder, and a Miami-based Cuban-American businesswoman. She started baking her Eat Me Guilt Free treats straight out of her own kitchen in 2013. This was while she was working as a registered nurse and certified sports nutritionist. Besu created the company to fill a void for her original customers.
Starting with a team of three, she worked closely with clients to craft nutrition programs, helping them with everything from disease management to improving labs, to just being able to move and feel better about themselves. Since then, she and her team have worked hard to help consumers feel less restricted and more open to being able to enjoy the everyday foods they love, without sacrificing taste. The company now boasts a team of 30 and continues to create unique products and fun flavors for everyone to enjoy.
Eat Me Guilt Free‘s product line of bread, brownies, snacks and tortilla wraps offers an unprecedented protein-to-carbohydrate ratio, making them a high-protein, low-carb alternative to traditional snacks and foods. Eat Me Guilt Free fills a gap in the market for an alternative to sweets that people can feel good about putting into their bodies. Available on https://www.eatmeguiltfree.com/, Amazon, The Vitamin Shoppe and GNC, Eat Me Guilt Free also offers an exclusive subscription.
