The Consul General of Mexico and Mayor of Fort Lauderdale and City and County Commissioners will be welcoming all of the skeleton guests to the processional at 5:30pm Saturday November 2nd after Danza Azteca’s opening Mesoamerican Dance on the Huizenga Plaza.
Giant Puppets, Mariachi Musicians, Aztec Dancers, Little Frida Kahlos, World’s Tiniest Parade Floats, Drummers, Skeleton Pirates, and some of the most beautiful skull face makeup you’ll ever see! Come dressed to march along the Riverwalk Fort Lauderdale. Marchers will meet at the Huizenga Park Bandshell at 5pm the Puppet Manipulation workshop… Then the Processional Starts at 6pm
A family day in the park from 3-6:30 will happen in Huizenga Plaza prior to the processional. Makeup artists and craft activities for a nominal fee will help you and your kids get ready for the skeleton processional. This is a FREE public event.
