DIRT, Miami Beach’s newest fine-food fast casual + wellness bar eatery, is set to debut new seasonal menu next week. The counter-service farm-to-table restaurant opened its doors back in November, 2015. With Executive Chef Jonathan Seningen and Director of Operations and Chef de Cuisine Nicole Votano leading the kitchen, guests can enjoy chef-driven, innovative, and delicious fare at any time of day. DIRT‘s mission is simple and straightforward - create healthy cuisine that you can feel good about putting into your body.

DIRT is always about making it easier to have it your way, so you can choose from eat clean, gluten-free, vegan, or paleo menus, each one containing options that naturally fit into each dietary preference. The menu is constantly evolving and changing, to meet guests’ changing tastes and to take advantage of the best ingredients available. As part of the ongoing collaborating with the wellness community, the new Winter Menu will feature one dish created by Jugofresh owner Matthew Sherman. DIRT also offers a large selection of bottled juices, and if you return the glass bottle, you’ll get a $2 refund. The restaurant has also established a relationship with Feeding South Florida, and donates 1 percent of sales to the organization and give healthy grab-and-go items to support Feeding South Florida’s Backpack Program, which provides food packs for children who don’t have access to meals on weekends. @DIRTeatclean
