Hardy Park Bistro Hosts the Longest Dinner on the Shortest Day of the Year.Â As a follow up to the very successful Summer Nights X Hardy Park Bistro series, Chef/Owner Philip Darmon and his wife Jessica Darmon will host Solstice at Hardy Park Bistro on a night the restaurant is usually closed, Monday December 21st, 2015 at 7pm. With the Winter Solstice being the shortest day of the year, Chef Darmon wanted to give diners a much longer dining experience than usual.
Solstice at HPB will feature a 10 course tasting menu with curated wine pairings from Stacole Fine Wines and Jackson Family Wines. The menu includes: Chicken ConsommÃ© with Beech Mushrooms & Black Truffle, Butternut Salad with Pancetta & Quail Egg, Calamari with Chorizo, Tomato, Herbs & Olive Oil, Leek & Cauliflower Tart with Black Truffle, Branzino with Napa Cabbage, Royal Trumpets & Red Wine Beurre Blanc, Braised Lamb Shank with Parsnip Puree & Parsley Cream, Beef Wellington, Cheese Course, Apple Sorbet with Pound & Crisps, and a Chocolate Ganache Tart to end the meal.
Tickets are $140 each and are limited to 20 diners to create a unique and intimate dining experience. @HardyParkBistro
