Florida Wine Academy Day 3 of Miami Champagne Week featured champagne from two of the region’s oldest houses, Champagne Bollinger and Champagne Ayala. Founded in 1829 and 1860, respectively, these two names continue to be synonymous with quality and elegance. In 2005 Bollinger purchased Ayala, and have continued on the tradition of crafting wines that are precise, fresh and balanced.
The wines were presented by Raffaele Benassi, Director of European Business Development for Breakthru Beverage Company. Raffaele holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management and Business Administration, the Swiss Hotel Association Diploma in Hotel Management and a Degree of Associate of Science in Food and Beverage Operations. #MiamiChampagneWeek #FloridaWineAcademy
