Start the holidays with family and friends at Drunken Dragon! Join us this Wednesday, December 23rd between 6 and 8 PM and enjoy complimentary AfroHead Rum cocktails paired with light bites in addition to exclusive Holiday Coquito! This season, from the 23rd to the 25th of December, guests will have the chance to indulge in Chef Torres’ home-made Coquito with a modern twist, made with Afro Head Rum and must sit for a full day and a half to create the creamiest consistency and bring out all the sweet cinnamon and vanilla flavors.
In addition to this enhanced menu, you will also find a holiday specialty Latin dish added to the menu. After traveling to Bali and Indonesia with Drunken Dragon partners in search of new cuisine ideas and the latest Asian tasteful trends, he discovered that chefs from the restaurants’ culinary inspiration use similar seasonings as he has seen back home. “Babi Gulingâ€, a customary Puerto Rican dish of a whole roasted pig, is made with a twist at Drunken Dragon. Guests are sure to experience a one-of-a-kind taste with each bite as Chef Torres showcases his Puerto Rican roots in this dish, while adding the Drunken Dragon Korean flavor. This featured dish includes a variety of sauces, sesame leaves, red leaves, pickled vegetables, is seasoned with a special seasoning called Kalamansi, and served on bao buns. This holiday meal is how they do it back home for Chef Torres, and he brings a piece of his home to Miami for everyone. #RumSpect @AFROHEADRums @DrunkenDragons
