As the best in film and television prepare to walk the red carpet in Beverly Hills on January 10th, here in Miami – we will be glamming it up for the occasion in support of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at an exclusive awards viewing dinner known as St. Jude Red Carpet for Hope at the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort.
Thanks to a St. Jude partnership with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, event organizers hope to raise funds for a good cause while guests wait with great anticipation to see who wins the Golden Globes. In addition to the live telecast, guests will enjoy a Hollywood-style red carpet reception, live auction, dinner and St. Jude patient families battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
Because of fundraisers like this one, families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing and food – because all a family should worry about is helping their child live. The event, which is the only Golden Globe national charity viewing dinner, was founded three years ago in Minneapolis by St. Jude parents and co-chairs Michael and Berit Francis, and has grown to include Chicago, Houston, Orlando and Miami.
The evening will begin at 6:00 p.m. and valet parking is complimentary for all guests. Individual tickets are $500. @stjude
