Join for a special evening in the Wynwood Yard garden with The Little River Cooperative and Chef Julie Frans. You’ll be welcomed into the garden with a drink from THYME bar infused with freshly-harvested herbs. While you sip your cocktail, Muriel Olivares will lead you though an educational tasting tour of the organic garden. Meanwhile, Chef Julie will harvest ingredients for a delicious salad, which she’ll build build before your eyes. After enjoying this delicious appetizer, the group will gather at della test kitchen to enjoy Chef Julie’s unique seasonal Garden Harvest Bowl. Some ingredients may include: distinctive radishes, several types of kale, eggplant, herbs like cilantro, sage, lemon basil, sorrel, cranberry hibiscus, and oregano, greens such as mizuna and baby lettuces, green beans, flowers ie. marigolds and nasturtiums. Chef demos will showcase garden harvest vegetables and give guests a taste of fresh picked vegetables and herbs at the height of their taste and nutritional value. Registration is $37.92 per person.
