Ichimi Opens in Coral GablesFriday, January 29, 4pm – Ichimi, 2330 Salzedo St, Coral Gables

Executive chef Constantine De Lucia, formerly of Momi Rami and Lure Fishbar, will showcase ramen three ways (traditional, tsukemen dipping style, cold) with house-made noodles at the new Ichimi. Ichimi, which means “dedicated to” in Japanese, will feature modern takes on traditional ramen, gyoza, and izakaya dishes while still paying respect to classical Japanese styles. The 2,000-square-foot restaurant will seat 60 people indoors and six outside. Ichimi will also feature a beer and sake room, with a view of the restaurant’s noodle-making machine. Ichimi will be open for lunch weekly from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dinner will be served Monday and Tuesday from 6 p.m. to midnight, Wednesday and Thursday from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m., Friday and Saturday from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m., and Sunday from 6 to 11:30 p.m.
