Shooters Waterfront Introduces New Menu

If you’re looking for a stylish waterfront fine dining, Shooters Waterfront offers spectacular views, sophisticated decor, and a revamped menu. The specious restaurant anchored along the Intracoastal Waterway in Fort Lauderdale includes 340 feet of remodeled dock space offering the option of arriving by boat or water-taxi. Large al fresco bar, a fire pit, gorgeously lit palm trees and birdcage-shaped cabanas makes Shooters a great spot for a party.

The new menu helmed by Executive Chef Rolando Cntonzio is influenced by American culture, and fashioned with complex flavors, and luxurious finishes. On appetizers menu choose from five different Sushi Rolls or Raw Bar & Starters assortment including: Fruit & Cheese Platter, artisanal cheeses, honeycomb, grapes, strawberries, assorted crackers ($22); Norme De Mar, a fresh seafood tower including rock lobster tail, shrimp cocktail, Alaskan king crab legs and oysters served with cocktail sauce, mignonette and horseradish ($70/130); Shooters Crispy Calamari, fresh calamari lightly fried and served with mixed greens and jalapeno aioli ($14);

Entrees include Cashew Crusted Mahi, fresh Mahi baked in a cashew coating served with sticky rice and in a red Thai coconut curry sauce ($25); Broiled Maine Lobster Tail, fresh Maine lobster served with lemon thyme risotto, asparagus and topped with roasted garlic butter sauce ($35); and Filet Mignon A La Oscar, grilled filet topped with jumbo lump crab meat in a chili-lime hollandaise and served with potatoes au gratin ($44).

Must-try desserts include Peanut Butter Chocolate Bar, peanut butter mousse in a chocolate crust topped with salted caramel ($8), Caribbean Bread Pudding Flan, bananas foster ice cream in a brown butter tuile ($9); Chocolate Fudge Cake, five layers of moist rich chocolate cake, chocolate fudge icing ($10); and Key Lime Baked Alaska, freshly baked key lime, torched meringue and coconut daiquiri ($11).

On Saturday and Sunday, escape to Fort Lauderdale’s most scenic waterfront brunch. For $26 per person, indulge in a brunch buffet that includes breakfast meats, a custom omelet station, pancake, waffle and crepe station with toppings spread, bagels with fresh lox, pastries, assorted salads and mini eggs benedict.
