Slow Food Miami will hold the latest in its monthly Snail Social roaming happy hour on November 14th at Essensia Restaurant and Lounge, the farm-to-table restaurant at The Palms Hotel & Spa in Miami Beach, introducing the new Chef de Cuisine, Jonathan Haloua. Take a garden tour with Chef Jonathan at 6pm to get a peek at where your ingredients are grown. Afterward, guests will enjoy a complimentary welcome drink and special slow food bites featuring garden ingredients.
Slow Food Miami suggests a $15 minimum donation – that’s about the cost of a glass of wine, and 100% of the proceeds will go toward our local farms and helping them get back on their feet after Irma. Many South Florida Farms have been devastated by Irma, and it will take months (or years) to recover.
