A tour of historic homes will be on view for the Morningside Historic Home Tour. The tour this year includes food trucks, bites from Upper Eastside eateries and exhibits by area artists. Morningside is Miamiâ€™s first recorded historic district, spanning from N.E. 50th Terrace to 60 Street, east of Biscayne Boulevard. Homes, built in the 20s, 30s and 40s are predominantly Mediterranean Revival and Art Deco-inspired. Parking and trolley from 5700 Biscayne Boulevard into the neighborhood. Advance tickets are $25 or $35 on day of tour.
